Faxing allows total Virtual Faxing or SIP to Fax which allows you to use your existing physical Fax machine.
When logged into your Client Area select VoIP Services icon
ictFax management for accounts that subscribe to our Fax products can be managed in many ways.
Select Fax Panel for managing your Faxes and email distribution accounts.
The Fax Management page allows for the following features along with viewing the list of sent and received Faxes.
1) Setup/Assign an email address or multiple email addresses for persons responsible for receiving Fax notifications with Fax PDF Attachments.
2) Download PDF Fax Attachment
3) Email PDF attachment
4) View Faxes by Billing Period
5) Select other Fax DIDs you own for lookup and management
6) Edit Email(s) allow for adding emails for distribution of received and sent faxes.
